Public Hearing Notice

The City of Drumright will hold a Public Hearing at 122 W Broadway St on Monday March 11, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. regarding a request for a lot split at 1320 N Smathers.  Two tracts would be split from the current property.  Those tracts are:

Fee Simple Tract:

A tract of land being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE/4 NW/4) of Section 32, Township 18 North, Range 7 East, Creek Col,1ty, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, said tract being described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NE/4 of the NW/4; Thence South 00°52’34” East along the West line of the NE/4 of the NW/4 for 138.95 feet; Thence North 88°01’35” East for 82.13 feet to a point on the East Right-of-Way of Smathers Avenue and the Point of Beginning; Thence along the South Right-of-Way of State Highway 33 and 99 Truck Bypass for the following three courses; North 88°01’35” East 57.51 feet; South 84°50’55” East for  80.62 feet; North 88°01135″ East for  42.76 feet; Thence South 02·22’15” East for 181.33 feet; Thence South 89°1o•11″ West for  180.27 feet to a point on the East Right-of-Way of Smathers Avenue; Thence North 02·22• 15″ West along the East Right-of-Way of Smathers Avenue for 187.73 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Easement Tract:

A tract of land being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE/4 NW/4) of Section 32, Township 18 North, Range 7 East, Creek County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, said tract being described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NE/4 of the NW/4; Thence South 00°52134″ East along the West line of the NE/4 of the NW/4 for 138.95 feet; Thence North 88°01’35” East for 82.13 feet to a point on the East Right-of-Way of Smathers Avenue; Thence South 02·22’15” East along the East Right-of-Way of Smathers Avenue for 187.73 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence North 89°10’11” East for 60.00 feet; Thence South 55°00’34” West for 71.21 feet to a point on the East Right-of-Way of Smathers Avenue; Thence North 02°22’15” West along the East Right-of-Way of Smathers Avenue for 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
