a. Approval of the November 13, regular meeting minutes.
b. Approval of the October 2023 City financial report.
c. Consider approving regular claims in the amount of $65,378.60.

2. Discussion and possible action to approve a proclamation honoring the 2023-2024 Drumright Football Team.

3. Discussion and possible action to request the Creek County Commissioners donate to the city of Drumright the property at the Northwest Corner of S Creek and Second St, the legal description is attached.

4. Discussion and possible action to accept a donation from Contango for the Drumright Police Department.

5. Discussion and possible action to add the Deputy city clerk (Kari McCarthy) as a signatory to the City of Drumright’s bank accounts and allow the Deputy City Clerk to sign checks in the City Clerk’s absence.

6. Discussion and possible action to approve Holiday Premium Pay for individuals who work the Thanksgiving Holidays and the Christmas Holidays. Employees would receive time and a half for any hours they are required to work during these holiday hours at a minimum of 2 hours premium pay.

7. Discussion and possible action to approve a state – local agreement with Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security 911 Management Authority to receive grant monies.

8. Discussion and possible action to approve the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 audit completed by Jana A. Walker, CPA, PLLC.
