1. Consideration and Action on the Consent Agenda.

All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commission member may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request.

a. Approval of the October 10, 2023, regular meeting minutes.

b. Approval of the September 2023 City financial report.

c. Consider approving regular claims in the amount of $91,939.25.

2. Abatement Hearing (Carried over from previous month to reassess):

a. 301 N Penn (Structure)

3. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 347 requiring certain structures in the City of Drumright and the Drumright Fire District to install a Knox Box within 8 feet of the main entrance or other such location required by the Fire Chief.

4. Discussion and possible action to approve $29,244 for the engineering of Tornado Drive, located at 36.98426, -96.61275 in the City of Drumright.

5. Discussion and possible action to accept a donation in the amount of $2,400 from Little River Energy for the City of Drumright employee of the Month Recognition Program.

6. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 23-18, setting trash rates charged by the City of Drumright.

7. Discussion and possible action to accept the Agreement for Purchase of Bricks by Gavin Historical Bricks for $.50 per brick with the approximate number of bricks being 147,000.

8. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 23-19 authorizing OMAG to return or apply escrow account funds in the amount of $14,003.50, from the Loss Fund for the 2020-2021 Workers’ Compensation Plan Year.

9. Discussion and possible action to approve a one-year extension for REAP project 200102 (Curry Well repairs) and authorize the mayor to sign.

10. Discussion and possible action to approve a one-year extension for REAP project 220120 (water well rehab) and authorize the mayor to sign.

1. Consideration and Action on the Consent Agenda.

a. Approval of the October 10, 2023, regular meeting minutes.

b. Consider approving regular claims in the amount of $30,145.02.

2. Discussion and possible action to approve $6,000 to have RC Dozer clear, disc and seed a right-of-way South of the Truck Bypass to Central Tech’s drive.

3. Discussion and possible action to approve incentive pay for the Gas Department. Specifically:

a. Certification that an employee is Poly Welding Qualified (Butt Fusion, electrofusion, Mech Fit, and Hot Tapping) will result in an incentive of $25 a month.

b. Certification as a Fully Qualified Operator (Signed off on all OQs and has passed test at Pipeline Compliance Services [PRC] or equivalent) will result in an incentive of $50 a month.
