1. Consideration and Action on the Consent Agenda.
All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commission member may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request.
a. Approval of the August 14, 2023, regular meeting minutes.
b. Approval of the September 5, 2023, special meeting minutes.
c. Approval of the July 2023 City financial report.
d. Consider approving regular claims in the amount of $63,663.77.

2. Discussion and possible action to approve purchasing a new server for City Hall in the amount up to $10,000.

3. Discussion and possible action to change our 911 provider from Callworks to Vesta (AT&T) for a one-time fee of $9,185 then a monthly fee of $2,838 to be paid out of E911 funds.

4. Discussion and possible action to authorize the city manager to send a letter of intent to the Attorney General’s Office to apply for the Oklahoma Opioid Abatement Grant.

5. Abatement Hearing (Carried over from previous month to reassess):

2. Discussion and possible action to approve the Gas Acquisition Management Program Agreement between the City of Drumright and the Oklahoma Municipal Natural Gas Coalition (OMNGC).

3. Discussion and possible action to direct the City Manager to complete the Agent Appointment Form and any other documentation related to the purchase, storage, and transmission of natural gas with the OMNGC.
