1. Consideration and Action on the Consent Agenda.
All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commission member may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request.
a. Approval of the July 11, 2022, regular meeting minutes.
b. Approval of the June 2022 City financial report.
c. Consider approving regular claims in the amount of $81,180.26.

2. Discussion and possible action to approve the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 audit completed and presented by Jana A. Walker, CPA, PLLC.

3. Discussion and possible action to approve a new oil and gas lease on the SW corner of S Harley and E Broadway. Legal description is as follows: Lots 3, 4, 37 and 38 in Block 4 and a tract in Lots 9 and 10 of Block 7 described as Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 9, thence South 54° West a distance of 85.07 feet to the south line of Lot 10, thence east along the south line of Lot 10 to the southeast corner of Lot 10 a distance of 68.81 feet, thence north along the east boundary line of Lots 10 and 9 a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning, all being in the Original Town of Drumright, according to the recorded plat thereof, including abutting streets and alleys; and Lots 7 and 8 in Block 5 of J W Fulkerson’s Second Additions to the Town of Drumright, according to the recorded plat thereof, including abutting streets and alleys It is the intent of Lessor to lease all interest owned in the above described Lots as well as all interest owned in the NE4 NW/4 NW/4 and NW4 NE/4 NW/4 and the S/2 SW/4 NW/4 of Section 5-17N-7E, whether or not properly and completely described herein.

4. Discussion and possible action to amend police incentives as follows:
a. 1st Incentive ($25 /month) – SFST Certification and Intoxilyzer Certification.
b. 2nd Incentive ($50 /month) – OLETS Certification.

5. Discussion and possible action to approve and select a contractor for repairing the roof of the Police Department.

6. Discussion and possible action to approve the School Resource Officer Contract with the Drumright School District.

7. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 22-14 amending the Fiscal Year 21/22 budget to accommodate increased/decreased revenues and expenses.
