Call to Order — Chairman

1. Public Hearing for a lot split at 603 E 5th. Specifically, the request is to convert Mascho Lots 13 thru 20, Block 5 to:

• Mascho Lots 13 thru 14, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 15 thru 16, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 17 thru 18, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 19 thru 20, Block 5

2. Discussion and possible action to make a recommendation to the City Commission regarding a lot split at 603 E 5th. Specifically, the request is to convert Mascho Lots 13 thru 20, Block 5 to:

• Mascho Lots 13 thru 14, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 15 thru 16, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 17 thru 18, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 19 thru 20, Block 5

3. Public Hearing regarding a request to place one Tiny Home at each of the following locations:

• Mascho Lots 13 thru 14, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 15 thru 16, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 17 thru 18, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 19 thru 20, Block 5

These properties are currently known as 603 E 5^th.

4. Discussion and possible action to make a recommendation to the City Commission regarding a request to place one Tiny Home at each of the following locations:

• Mascho Lots 13 thru 14, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 15 thru 16, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 17 thru 18, Block 5
• Mascho Lots 19 thru 20, Block 5
