INCOG SURVEY

Dear Drumright Water Customers.

The City of Drumright is applying for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for a new water well.

For the City to qualify for this funding, one of the requirements is an Income survey of the customer base, which includes residents in the Town of Shamrock, surrounding portions of unincorporated Creek County, and Creek County Rural Water District #11. INCOG is assisting the City of Drumright with the survey to make sure that the income information remains confidential.

Enclosed with the letter is the income survey form. We do not need to know your exact annual income, only whether your household income falls above or below a certain income. This IS NOT A SCAM. The results of this survey will only be used to calculate the overall percentage. No names will be attached to the income survey or the results.
