Current Description of Parent Tract
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 7 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Creek County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 995.00 feet North and 149.35 feet West of the Southeast Corner of the SW/4 of Section 31; thence West 245.05 feet more or less to the Easterly Right-of-Way line of the relocated State Highway No. 99 by-pass; Thence N 38°03’11” E along said Easterly Right-of-Way line a distance of 159.32 feet; Thence N 32°20’32” E along said Easterly Right-of-Way line a distance of 45.27 feet; Thence East a distance of 273.50 feet, more or less, to the East line of said SW/4 of Section 31; Thence South along said East line a distance of 17.30 feet; Thence West a distance of 149.35 feet; Thence South a distance of 145.20 feet to the point of beginning
