1. Discussion and possible action to approve a State-Local Agreement with Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management/911 Management Authority for grant funds in the amount of $57,939 for E911 GIS management.

• Discussion and possible action to approve spending $57,939 for E911 GIS management to be reimbursed by the 911 grant.

• Discussion and Possible Action to approve a memorandum of understanding with Oklahoma 911 Management Authority stating we will report GIS data to the state repository as required.

• Discussion and Possible Action to approve Resolution 26-03 approving the application for the Municipal Roads Drilling Act Fund (MRDAF) grant to fix streets affected by oilfield equipment and agree to fund the cost with a minimum of 25%.

• Discussion and possible action to approve and sign a Project Agreement between the City of Drumright and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for the Construction of municipal Roads Drilling Activities Fund Project – Project Number SAP-219F(147)LG, J/P No. 39160(04).
