- Discussion and possible action to approve a request for a lot split near the intersection of E0720 Rd and N3582 Rd Drumright Oklahoma 74030.
Current Description of Parent Tract
A tract of land in Lot Three (3) and Four (4) of Section One (1), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Six (6) East of the Indian Meridian, Payne County, State of Oklahoma more particularly described as commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; Thence North 000 38′ 34″ West along the East line of said Lot 4 a distance of 1,113.39 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence South 890 00′ 20″ West a distance of 521.13 feet to a steel corner fence post; Thence North 000 10′ 02″ West a distance of 554.99 feet to a set rebar; Thence South 900 00′ 00″ East a distance of 516.54 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 3; Thence South 000 38′ 34″ East along the East line of said Lot 3 and Lot 4 a distance of 545.98 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 6.556 acres more or less.
