   1. Approval of the September 2025 City financial report.
   1. Consider approving regular claims in the amount of $97,071.93.

• Discussion and possible action to approve a request to place a new 60’x60’ metal shop building at 120 Barris Blvd. in Drumright Oklahoma 74030.

• Discussion and possible action to appoint Tim Bookout to the Drumright Industrial Authority Board.

• Discussion and possible action to approve a proclamation to rename Second Street in front of the Drumright Public School Activity Center to “Robert Marshall Drive”.

• Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 25-24 calling a general election for the purpose of electing officers of the City of Drumright.

• Discussion and possible action to approve a service agreement with Fire Recovery USA, LLC for fire department billing services.

• Discussion and possible action to approve a service agreement with Local Government Testing Consortium (LGTC) for drug and alcohol testing services.

• Discussion and possible action to approve an updated records request form to allow for changes to 51 O.S. § 24A.5(7) that went into effect 11/1/25.
