1. Consideration and Action on the Consent Agenda.
All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commission member may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request.
a. Approval of June 9, 2025, regular meeting minutes.
b. Approval of the May 2025 City financial report.
c. Consider approving regular claims in the amount of $78,381.48.
2. Discussion and possible action to approve a request for a variance to place a new 2025 16×56 896 square foot Clayton Mobile Home at 118 E 4th Street in Drumright, Oklahoma 74030.
3. Discussion and possible action to approve a request for a lot split at 720 W Walnut Drumright, OK 74030 to:
a. M. Jones Addition, Block 42, Lot 6 and the East half of Lot 7, in the original townsite of Drumright. Oklahoma.
b. M. Jones Addition, Block 42, Lot 8 and the West half of Lot 7, in the original townsite of Drumright. Oklahoma.
4. Discussion and possible action to approve request for a variance to allow a resident to live in a camper at 220 East Dale for 6 months while building a house.
5. Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement with Oklahoma State Fire Marshal stating the City of Drumright will perform as the Authority Having Jurisdiction within its entire political subdivision boundaries.
6. Discussion and possible action to approve an Inter-Cooperative agreement with Creek County.
7. Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement with CBEW Professional Group, LLP for accounting services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
8. Discussion and possible action to approve using OMAG Work Comp escrow credit to reduce the 2025-2026 premium or leave in account.
9. Discussion and possible action to surplus an old train car located at the water plant.
10. Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement to be presented to the Creek County Board of County Commissioners to contract with the City of Drumright for Fire Protection in unincorporated Creek County.

2. Discussion and possible action to authorize a company to bore for and tap a water line, in exchange for a reduced tap fee of $300 to cover the cost of the water meter only.
3. Discussion and possible action to purchase two clarifier scraper blades complete from drive arm to floor for the wastewater treatment plant in the amount of $17,800 plus shipping.
