• Discussion and possible action to appoint a commissioner to the open seat in Ward 4.

• Discussion and possible action to approve a request for a variance to place a mobile home at the following location 203 East Oak Street in Drumright Oklahoma 74030.

• Discussion and possible action to approve a request for a variance to place one 16’ X 40’ Tiny Home at the following location, 301 East 2^nd Street in Drumright Oklahoma 74030.

• Discussion and possible action to approve an insurance claim for police unit 5 (VIN 5557) in the amount of $5,376.70 less a $500 deductible for a total of $4,876.70.

• Discussion and possible action to approve repairs to police unit 5 in the amount of $5,378.68.

• Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement with Jana A. Walker for audit services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

• Abatement hearing, discussion, and possible action to abate:
