Oklahoma Human Services will stop accepting Energy Crisis Assistance Program (ECAP) applications at midnight Friday, May 9, 2025. Households can apply online at www.okdhslive.org until 12:00:00 A.M. CST Saturday, May 10, 2025.

Households that applied during open enrollment can turn in verification:

• online at OKDHSLIVE.org and click on Fast Pass Verification Upload button so it can be indexed to the case record,
• at any local OKDHS field office.

The anticipated open enrollment date for Summer Cooling FFY2025 is Tuesday, July 15, 2025. 

Please be aware that several factors can cause delays in open enrollment. The summer program will remain open until funds are expended.
