1. Approval of November 12, 2024, regular meeting minutes.
   1. Approval of the October 2024 City financial report.
   1. Consider approving regular claims in the amount of $69,968.85.

• Discussion and possible action to approve an anonymous donation in the amount of $22,888 to be used for kids’ outdoor musical instruments for the Drumright Pocket Park and a new gas and water data collector.

• Discussion and possible action to approve spending $27,006 out of the Downtown Beautification Fund to asphalt the Drumright Public Library parking lot.

• Discussion and possible action to accept a 2013 1-ton truck from Enbridge as a donation.

• Discussion and possible action to approve a zoning application and fees for variances or special exceptions.

• Discussion and possible action to approve waiving the charge to Drumright Public Schools for the School Resource officer’s payroll fees for August 2024 through December 2024 due to him having to cover patrol shifts and not be at the school full time.

• Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance 350 adopting a revised and restated retirement plan with Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund (OkMRF).

• Discussion and possible action to approve an amended joinder agreement with Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund (OkMRF).
