• Discussion and possible action to approve a variance to allow residents to live in an RV at 221 S Skinner until November 29, 2024 while their house is being remodeled.

• Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 24-16 approving the 2025 election dates.

• Discussion and possible action to approve an updated certificate of authorized signatures for INCOG REAP contracts to include Mayor Snow and City Manager Gibson.

• Discussion and possible action to vacate South Skinner Road to Oakland Petroleum, from the football field South to Lou Allard Drive.

• Discussion and possible action to approve spending $10,000 to demolish six houses that were previously abated.

• Discussion and possible action relating to the transfer of 115 E Federal.
