• Discussion and possible action to allow Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund (OkMRF) to disburse a one-time lump sum payment in the amount of $2,142.94 to the beneficiary of Mike Ward.

• Discussion and possible action to remove the $50 charge when issuing a tow release.

• Discussion and possible action to approve spending $6,439.99 to ESO Solutions for a permitting, inspection, and fire reporting system to be paid out of State Ag Grant.

• Discussion and possible action to approve a jurisdictional agreement with Central Tech Campus Police.

• Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 24-15 increasing the rates for solid waste collection services.
