CITY MANAGER, CITY OF DRUMRIGHT, OKLAHOMA
The City of Drumright, Oklahoma, seeks qualified applications/resumes for the position of City Manager. The City of Drumright has a population of approximately 2,900 and provides water, wastewater, natural gas, and solid waste services. Drumright operates under a Home Rule Charter.
Job Duties: Ensure the effective and efficient operation of city government; including daily operations and long-term planning. Ability to seek out, complete, and execute federal state and local grant opportunities and provide compliance oversight for grant funding.
Must maintain and develop relationships with community partners and stakeholders. Supervises 28 full-time employees.
Experience: Ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, 2 to 5 years in municipal government management with skills that include budget and finance, knowledge of infrastructure maintenance and oversight, capital improvement, and economic development. Experience in public works operations with gas, water and wastewater desired.
