2. A public hearing to receive public comments and input on a grant application to update the City of Drumright Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), as posted on May 5, 2014.

3. Discussion and possible action to:
a. Approve the CDBG CIP grant application resolution.
b. Approve the Fair Housing Resolution.
c. Approve the Residential Anti-Displacement Plan.
d. Establish the CIP Local Planning Activities Committee.
e. Approve the CIP Citizen Participation Plan.

4. Proclamation in support of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
5. Presentation by representatives of “Turn Drumright Pink.”
6. Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution 14-03 regarding amending the 2013 – 2014 budget of the City of Drumright General Fund and CDBG Fund.

7. Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution 14-04 regarding funding of the City of Drumright’s Defined Benefit Plan through the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund.

8. Discussion and possible action to accept 2014 REAP Contract for Transportation and to approve signatories on the REAP Certificate of Authorized Signatures.

9. Discussion and possible action to vote for up to three members to the Board of Trustees of the Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group for three-year terms commencing July 1, 2014.

10. Discussion and possible action to approve changes to the City of Drumright’s Cruelty to Animals ordinance regarding tethering.

Notice of Public Hearing – City of Drumright

Notice of Public Hearing – City of Drumright

A public hearing will be held by the City of Drumright on May 12, 2014 at 7 p.m. at the City of Drumright City Hall, Drumright, OK.  The purpose of this hearing will be to receive public comments and input on an Application to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for a Grant to update the City of Drumright Capital Improvement Plan.  The hearing will be in compliance with the Citizen Participation Plan which is part of the Application.

All City of Drumright residents are encouraged to participate in this process and hearing, and to submit their comments at the hearing.
