1. Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes from the February 12, 2018 meeting.

2. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance 327 which would allow the sale and use of fireworks in the city limits under certain circumstances.

3. Discussion and possible action to adopt a 2018 CDBG-Community Development Block Grant Citizens Participation Plan for the City of Drumright.

4. FY 2018 CDBG Public Hearing on Community Development Needs in the City of Drumright.

5. Discussion and possible action regarding the selection of a project for the FY 2018 Community Development Block Program through the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.

6. Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution requesting assistance from the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for the FY 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

7. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Mayor to sign the application documents for the FY 2018 CDBG application to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.

8. Discussion and possible action to designate Shawna Jackson as City Clerk to submit all documents in OK.Grants.gov

9. Discussion and possible action to declare the 2008 Chevy Impala, VIN ending in 3520 surplus for the purpose of auctioning off.

10. Discussion and possible action to approve spending $3,500 from the 911 fund to replace cameras at the Jail, Police Department, Fire Department, and City Hall.

11. Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Drumright Housing Authority and the Drumright Police and Fire Departments.

12. Discussion and possible action to waive all tapping and permit fees for the Creek County Industrial Authority, Drumright Industrial Authority, and/or Central Technology as they demolish and build a house at 115 W Federal.

13. Discussion and possible action to appoint members to the Drumright Planning Commission.

14. Discussion and possible action to accept donation of a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Pickup Truck to the Fire Department from Enbridge (VIN: 3CPKSE37BG361392).

15. Discussion and possible action to approve a Mutual Aid Agreement with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, as captured in Resolution Number 18-06.

16. Discussion and possible action to approve a renovation of the Dispatch Center for the Police and Fire Departments using 911 Funds at a cost not to exceed $70,000.

17. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 18-03 amending the budget to expend E-911 monies.

18. Discussion and possible action to nominate an individual to serve on OMAG’s Board of Trustees.

19. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 18-04 amending the budget for receipt of police grant monies.

20. Discussion and possible action to accept a $300 RC Park donation from Joseph’s Fine Foods.

21. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 18-05 amending the budget to accommodate receipt and expenditure of an RC Park donation.
