1. Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes from the September 11, 2017 meeting.
2. Discussion and possible action to remove the Hound Dog Hollow Bridge from the National Bridge Inventory.
3. Discussion and possible action to approve 2017 YE annual Budget.
4. Discussion and possible action to select a method of selecting a firm to conduct city bridge inspections.
5. Public Hearing regarding a request by Antiques and More for an exception to city ordinances that prohibit obstructing sidewalks and prohibit having merchandise on city sidewalks.

7. Discussion and possible action to allow the City Manager to accept on behalf of the City of Drumright possible donations of benches and park equipment for city parks if the donations are made without conditions or restrictions.
8. Discussion and possible action to approve blinking lights on the stop signs Eastbound and Westbound at Jones and Broadway, subject to ODOT approval.
9. Discussion and possible action to approve blinking lights on the Eastbound stop sign at Pennsylvania and Broadway, subject to ODOT approval.
10. Discussion and appropriate action on Resolution 17-13 to authorize submission of Application for 2018 INCOG Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) Program and Authorization for the Mayor to Execute.
11. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 17-14 to amend the 2017-18 budget to accommodate receipt and expenditure of a Department of Homeland Security Grant of $19,048.
12. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 17-15 to increase the Oklahoma CLEET fee to $10, AFIS fee to $10, and Forensic fee to $10 for any person convicted of any offense, including traffic offenses but excluding parking and standing violations, punishable by a fine of $10 or more or by incarceration or any person forfeiting bond when charged with such offense.
13. Discussion and possible action to select a solid waste contractor for a specified period of time.
14. City Financial Report. – Discussion and possible action to approve.
