2. Discussion and possible action to approve a proclamation and declare February 24th as “Emma Akin Day” in Drumright.
3. Discussion and possible action to approve purchase of two lawn movers for the Street and Parks Department.
4. Discussion and possible action to declare the 2011 Massey Ferguson Model ZT33 Serial #JWC71706, and 2011 Massey Ferguson Model ZT29 Serial #JWC85001 mowers as surplus and authorize as trade-in on new mowers.
5. Discussion and possible action to convene into executive session for the purpose of confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning pending investigation, claim, or action in accordance with 25 O. S. Supp. 1997, Section 307(B)(4).
6. Discussion and possible action to reconvene into regular session.
7. Discussion and possible action regarding pending litigation, claim, or action.
8. Discussion and possible action to nominate City Manager Mark Whinnery for a position on the Oklahoma Municipal League Board of Directors, District 6, and approving Resolution No. 17-2.

2. Discussion and possible action to approve waiving any gas tapping fees for the Drumright Industrial Authority in support of their efforts to bring Crossroads Pipeline and approximately 15 jobs to the Industrial Park.
3. Discussion and possible action to approve applying for a grant from the Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group for half the cost of a utility locator, costing approximately $8,140. Drumright Gas Authority would pay the matching funds.
4. Discussion and possible action to approve claims.
5. Adjourn.
