1. Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes from the April 8, 2019 regular meeting.

2. Public hearing to determine whether or not the structure(s) at 123 N Ohio is/are (an) “dilapidated” as defined by Title 11 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 22-112, and has become detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of the general public and community, or if the property creates a fire, and if the structure(s) is/are determined to be dilapidated, to order the dismantling and removal of the structure(s) by June 17, 2019.

3. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve a variance request at 118 W Federal to allow Love, Inc to operate a Commercial – General operation at this location.

6. Public hearing regarding a request to allow the resident at 817 N Harley to place a mobile home at this location. The resident is requesting placement of a 2018 Oakwood.

7. Discussion and possible action to allow the resident at 817 N Harley to place a 2018 Oakwood mobile home at this location.

8. Public hearing regarding a variance request to allow the resident at 740 E 6th St to place a mobile home at this location that is older than 15 years old. The resident is requesting placement of a 1982 Solitaire.

9. Discussion and possible action to allow the resident at 740 E 6th St to place a 1982 Solitaire mobile home at this location.

10. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 19-06 adopting the budget for 2019-2020.

11. Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment approving the following purchases: Bunk out Gear $10,000, Ammunition $6,000, Fire Hydrants $21,000, Radar $6,000, City Hall Software $15,000.

12. Discussion and possible action to approve an increase in the Street Budget by $10,000.

13. Discussion and possible action to reinstate Kelly Varnell and Connie Harn to the Library Board.

14. Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution nominating City Manager Mark Whinnery as a Trustee-at-Large with the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund (OKMRF).

15. City Financial Report. – Discussion and possible action to approve.
