Call to Order — Chairman

1. Open Public Hearing regarding a request from Maveric Mini Marts to allow them to sell high point beer and wine at their store at 1101 E Broadway in Drumright, OK, and to extend the area in the City of Drumright approved for such sales to the Northeast Corner of the Oklahoma Highway 33/Oklahoma Highway 16/Oklahoma Highway 99 Intersection. Public Hearing closed.

2. Discussion and possible action to make a recommendation to the Drumright City Commission regarding a request from Maveric Mini Marts to allow them to sell high point beer and wine at their store at 1101 E Broadway in Drumright, OK, and to extend the area in the City of Drumright approved for such sales to the Northeast Corner of the Oklahoma Highway 33/Oklahoma Highway 16/Oklahoma Highway 99 Intersection.

3. Open Public Hearing regarding a request to rezone 1001 W Broadway St in Drumright from Commercial Shopping to Commercial General. The legal description of the property is as follows:

Part of the Southeast Quarter Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of Section
Thirty-one (31), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Seven (7) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Creek County, Oklahoma, according to the U. S. Government Survey thereof, being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING an existing PK nail with CA 2074 washer marking the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of Section Thirty-one (31). Thence by bearing and distance (basis of bearing, Grid North), South 89°25’45” West along the south line of said Southeast Quarter Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) a distance of 709.27 feet (South 89°25’15” West 708.78 feet, record); thence leaving said south line, North 01°15’50” West a distance of 69.84 feet (69.20 feet, record) to an existing mag nail on the north right-of-way line of Oklahoma Highway 33 and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 83°57’36” West along said north right-of-way line a distance of 295.40 feet (North 83°57’37” West 296.59 feet, record) to a set one-half inch (1/2”) rebar with PLS #1700 cap; thence North 69°35’07” West continuing along said north right-of-way line a distance of 64.23 feet (North 69°33’24” West 63.89 feet, record) to a set one-half inch (1/2”) rebar with PLS #1700 cap at the intersection of said north right-of-way line with the east right-of-way line of Oklahoma Highway 99-Truck; thence leaving said north right-of-way line, 151.33 feet along said east right-of-way line and the arc of a non-tangent curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 1,362.39 feet and being subtended by a chord bearing and distance of North 30°46’12” East, 151.25 feet (North 30°43’19” East 153.89 feet, record) to a set one-half inch (1/2”) rebar with PLS #1700 cap; thence North 19°05’02” East continuing along the east right of way line a distance of 103.02 feet to a set one-half inch (1/2”) rebar with PLS #1700 cap; thence North 38°03’11” East continuing along the east right of way line a distance of 39.09 feet (36.09 feet, record) to a set one-half inch (1/2”) rebar with PLS #1700 cap; thence leaving said east right-of-way line, North 89°25’15” East a distance of 211.89 feet (213.37 feet, record) to an existing three-eighths inch (3/8”) rebar with PLS #1051 cap; thence South 01°15’50” East a distance of 313.80 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.941 acres, more or less. 4. Discussion and possible action to make a recommendation to the Drumright City Commission regarding a request to rezone 1001 W Broadway St in Drumright from Commercial Shopping to Commercial General.

5. Open Public Hearing regarding a request for a sign variance at 1001 W Broadway St in Drumright. Specifically, the following signs are requested:

a. Surface Sign, Building Front, 28.25 square feet (sf)
b. Snap Frame, Building Front, 24 sf
c. Snap frame, building front, 8.56 sf
d. Three (3) house logos on a canopy, 17.49 sf each
e. Two (2) house logos on the diesel canopy, 17.49 sf each
f. House logo, freestanding, on a pylon sign, 59.87 sf
g. Price sign, freestanding, on a pylon sign, 31.86 sf
h. Weathervane, Freestanding, on a pylon sign, 1.5 sf
i. Truck Entrance and Truck Exit Signs, freestanding, 3.95 sf each

6. Discussion and possible action to make a recommendation to the Drumright City Commission regarding a request for a sign variance at 1001 W Broadway St in Drumright.

7. Open Public Hearing regarding a resident’s request to allow them to move a 2018 Solitaire Landmark IV mobile home to 805 N Pennsylvania in Drumright, OK. Public Hearing closed.

8. Discussion and possible action to make a recommendation to the Drumright City Commission regarding a resident’s request to allow them to move a 2018 Solitaire Landmark IV mobile home to 805 N Pennsylvania in Drumright, OK.
